Discription of Proton Therapy System industrial model
【Project introduction】The Proton Therapy System Project is a radiation therapy equipment developed by China General Nuclear Power Group (CGN). It uses high-energy proton beams to treat tumors with higher precision and fewer side effects compared to traditional radiotherapy methods. The project’s leading equipment includes a proton accelerator, beam line system, and treatment station to meet the treatment needs of different types and locations of tumors.
【Production process】QZY Models was commissioned by China General Nuclear Power Corporation (CGN) to produce three demonstration models of proton therapy systems at different scales (1:30, 1:50, 1:70), which would be installed in Shanghai, Chengdu, and Huizhou. The model was scaled down in exact proportion to the real thing and demonstrates the principles and processes of treatment, as well as the dynamic process of treatment. The model includes parts such as the rotating treatment room, fixed-beam treatment room, and laser targeting treatment.
Our professional model design team conducted thorough analysis and modeling work. The design and experimentation stage took three weeks. After receiving full approval from the client on our design proposal, we completed the production of all models within three weeks. The final models highly reflects the working principle and working mode of the real equipment which recived our client a highly praised.
