Developed by Qetaifan Projects & Dar Global, the ‘Les Vagues’ residential project will feature 59 sea-front residences, including one, two, and three-bedroom units. These homes will showcase interiors that embody the sophisticated elegance and exceptional detailing characteristic of ELIE SAAB’s designs.
QZY Models took approximately 30 days to completed the residential model of this project at 1:250 scale, highlighting the elegant building design, versatile winter garden, and uninterrupted sea views.
In the residential model-making process, our model making experts meticulously crafted the entire residential complex. They used high-quality materials and advanced techniques to accurately represent the intricate building façades, capturing the details and textures of the original design. The model also includes scaled figures and facilities to depict the vibrant terrace scenarios, along with the road and path layout. Additionally, silver-sprayed model cars were incorporated to enhance the overall realism.
The landscape of the model features rich vegetation, including synthetic grass, pre-made miniature bushes, and various tree species, evoking the splendor of a lush island paradise.
Situated by the sea, the project utilizes acrylic to simulate water scenes, complete with yacht and speedboat models to clearly showcase the project’s prime waterfront location.
The finished model boasts intricate details, including a touch screen-controlled lighting system that illuminates different areas. Cold lights are used for indoor spaces, while warm point light sources enhance the lawn and street lights. For artificial waterscapes, a dreamy blue hue is employed to create a stunning visual effect.
The model base is uniquely designed in the shape of a heart-shaped gem, crafted from white fiberglass material, radiating elegance and simplicity.
